Source ownership
Each metric needs a named source, collection method, and fallback rule before it can be presented as public evidence.
Metrics
The public metrics page is paused until the data contract is explicit.
Stablecoin market charts can be useful, but only when the source, date, and methodology are visible. Until then, this route should not present sample or stale numbers as public evidence.
Freshness label
A metric needs an as-of date or refresh cadence. A page cannot imply live market data when it is a static sample.
Decision relevance
The metric must help a buyer understand provider eligibility, regime fit, compliance risk, or corridor readiness.
Current decision: keep this route out of public indexing and do not link it from the homepage until the metrics pipeline is approved for public use.
